Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are concerned about first. If you want to return your order, please notify us by email or live chat firstly, stating the reason and the order number within 7 days of receipt. And please ask the customer service staff for the return address. Please do not return the goods without permission, since we may not receive your returned goods, then we will not refund. Your feedback is very important to us. All the items must be sent back completely with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. REFUNDS Your unsatisfied items can be full or partial refunded. It depends on the situation. You should state clearly and send us photographs of unsatisfied items for the refunds. Refunds will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. Please allow 1-3 working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for the funds to reflect on your account. We will make the refund to you as soon as we receive all the items from you. And the original shipping charges will not be refunded. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICYIf you have any questions in quality, size, colour or any other reasons, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back for the exchange and return in no used state within 15 days of receipt.
• All items must be in new condition, cannot be worn, with all original packaging.
• Items that do not meet these criteria will be charged a 50% fee OR you can opt to have the items sent back, and the reshipping fees will be charged.
• Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back, otherwise retail value will be charged.
CHANGE POLICYIf you have quality problems or we send the mistake items to you, you will get the change. But we don’t accept the size or the colour issue that you made before placing the order. We understand that it is a very important undertaking to order a wig for your needs, and our cancellation policy was created with bearing this in mind. However, it is important to note that our wigs are made to order, and once the tailoring process has begun the materials cannot be reused. * Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
* Orders canceled after 12 hours, or after we have finished the producing, sorry to say that we will charge 40% of the cost of the wig as the material fee for which we had paid to the factory.
* Orders canceled after we have posted to you, sorry to say that we will charge 50% of the cost of the wig for the material fee and the postage.
ps: Please do not send the wig to that address on the package as it is not the correct one and we cannot receive the wig.
